Dear HR's, I am working as a HR in one of the SAP based company. I want to know the minimum salary for the trainee software engineer [SAP Trainee] position as per Karnataka act. Please do the needful and attach a document relating to the particular salary part for the trainees. It would be helpful for me to the changes regarding the salary part for the trainees.

As on date minimum wage for staff category in Punjab is as under that be revised after six month.
Staff category -A 12793 ( GET)
Staff category -B 11223 ( Diploma/ITI withh apprentice)
Staff category -A 9623 ( ITI )
Staff category -A 8423 ( 10+2/simple graduate)
At entry level Rs. 15000/- minimum stipend + additional 500/-should be paid .After 1 year service at least 20-30% increase should be given. It is general my general practice which i have seen in many company.
