Job search never ending - rejected because of no prior hr experience
Dear all compliments of the day i have been working as a cabin crew for the last 9yrs. along with my flying career i completed my graduation and mba in hr. i completed my education in 2012. since then i am looking for a job in hr but not succeeded yet. every place i apply or go for interview i get rejected because of no prior hr experience or because of the salary package. i agree i have no prior hr experience but a fresher can also get a job somewhere. and i am not a complete fresher i have 9yrs of work experience where i have interacted with all kinds of passenger profile around the globe. salary package is my second problem. i agree my package is high today as compared to a person who is a fresher in hr but i am not expecting the same package. i am ready to negotiate. pls help me. its demotivating now. been almost 3yrs and nothing positive.
Decision on joining accenture
Dear all currently i m working in my native and 6 months back i was with a small company and since there was no job security i did a job search. i got selected in accenture last november and also submitted documents. but after that there was no response from them for 2 months and in between i got another offer in a medium sized company in my native itself and joined there. now i have just completed 2 months in my new company and now accenture has called and confirmed my offer. i m in a dilemma now whether to accept this offer or to continue with the current company itself. they have also considered my current package which 6lpa and provided 30 hike from that. since the location is bangalore i have to shift from my native and also my wife is working in native. with respect to package i will be getting same package what we both are getting here in our native. also my kid has just started with her kg.can you please suggest me on what decision to take in this regards.

I have changed the job and now my current package is 1300000 13 lakh .now in this new company there is no pf .kindly please help me design a package for 13 lakh so that minimum tds is deducted considering all the a can do under all sections and provisions. i want that minimum tds should be deducted . please note since i am in senior position so car phone etc is all extra to this 13 lakh package . 13 lakh is just take home tds.

Hi all how should i negotiate salary during an interview? what would be the best way to get salary hike if i am going to select by a company which can offer a package 50 70 more then my present package. should i mention my package more than what i am getting? or i should simply tell them honestly what is my present package? but in this condition i will not be able to negotiate i may be offered hike 1220 instead of 5060. suggest me what would be the reight and best way... regards pushpendra soni...

Hi all i am in a confusion and in very much need of advice of you people. i have 3.5yrs experience in reputed company in financial services industry in mumbai. i was looking for change and got a job in another company now i do not know what is the percentage of hike in market and in financial service industry for guy with 3.5 yrs experience who is a senior analyst. my current package is 3.5 lakhs per annum. kindly give advice what is the current industry standard of hike in package for person with 3.5yrs experience. this will be my second company to work in my career. 1. usually they say when you change company you should do for atleast 40 hike? 2. it is said that second job in career should always have huge hike in package? thanks & regards vinay
