Hello Seniors, I have a doubt on PT Calculation. One of the Employee Salary in our Organization is 25000/-. So every month Rs. 200/- is being deducted from his salary as PT.
He has LOPs in the month of Dec and his earned gross for the month of Dec is only Rs.7600/-. My question is PT should be deducted from his salary even if his earned gross is less for that particular month?? please clarify
Thanks in Advance

No, In case of reduced earnings in a month for any reasons PT can not be deducted if it is less than prescribed limit then.
