Hello Sir/Madam,

I submitted the PF withdrawal form via my ex-company on 6th June 2006. Every time I call the Gurgaon PF office, someone picks up the call and asks for the PF number. After taking that number, the call gets disconnected. After that, nobody picks up the call on all the three numbers that I have. The numbers are 0124-2578636/37/38.

This has been happening for the last few months. Whom should I contact, or is there any email where we can address our problem? I am almost frustrated with this issue and am really in need of that amount. Please help.

Dear Roopa,

Greetings.

I understand your problem. Instead of calling the PF office by phone, you can raise your complaint to the Enforcement Officer, EPF Office, Gurgaon, Pin. Send it by RPAD. Clearly mention your PF account number, the name of the company you last worked for, your date of joining, and your date of leaving. The Enforcement Officer of PF is bound to comply with your request and solve this issue.

With cheers,

Hi Trisha,

I am also stuck with a similar issue. It's been almost one and a half years since I applied for PF transfer from Gurgaon to Ahmedabad, Gujarat. However, no action has been taken. By chance, I spoke to one person who said it is in processing, but since then, nobody picks up the phone, and there is no response to the emails sent.

Can I also raise a complaint with the Enforcement Officer as you suggested? Please help me.

Thank you.

Hi,

My name is Lokesh Rai, and I resigned from IBM Daksh Gurgaon on December 6, 2011. I had already claimed my PF. I submitted my PF form at your Gurgaon office on November 29, 2012, and I received an amount of 19200/- in my savings account on December 24. According to the E-passbook, the amount should be around 75000. I have attached my E-passbook summary to this email. Upon checking my claim status online, the information is as follows:

STATUS for Member ID: GNGGN00106400000038549

Claim ID: GNGGN121100032415
Status: Claim Form 19 for PF Settlement AGAINST Member Account No (GNGGN00106400000038549) has been approved. Payment is under process.

Claim ID: GNGGN121100032416
Status: Claim Form 10C for Withdrawal Benefit AGAINST Member Account No (GNGGN00106400000038549) has been approved. Payment is under process.

The status indicates that the payment is under process. Ideally, the amount should be transferred in a single attempt. Can you please specify when the remaining amount will be transferred to my account? I have been checking my claim status since last week. I tried calling the numbers displayed on your website, but no one answers the phone. Kindly review my account and inform me if the remaining amount will be transferred and by when. I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

Thanks & Regards,

Lokesh Rai

Hi,

My PF number is: HR/GGN/28488/128. It has been 5 months, and nothing has been done for my PF. The form was submitted in the PF office on 20th November 2013, and the receipt was taken by my cousin brother. I sent emails to ; this Gentleman did nothing. When I CCed , they just said, "Sir, kindly help and resolve the grievance of this." And guess what the reply was? Hey, "Your form did not reach us"!

I asked my cousin brother to send me the scanned copy of the receipt he got from the PF office, and I sent that receipt to both the emails. Even then, this Gentleman simply said the same thing to the other email guy, "Sir, kindly help and resolve the grievance of this." Since then, the gentleman with the email address is silent and is not responding to me at all.

I am sure these people from the government get paid really well, have big cars. I am a poor person, the only breadwinner in my family; both my parents are retired. Such a pathetic and careless attitude these guys have! How can they lose my papers? If they have lost them, then find them, and I want my hard-earned money back. Please, someone, help me get my hard-earned money back from this Gurgaon PF Office. Moreover, how convenient, all the phone numbers on the EPF website for Gurgaon are defunct, and the ones that are working, no one ever cares to pick them up!

Sir/Madam, whoever is an expert on this, please, for God's sake, help me get my money back. I am willing to pay whatever fees you want.

My email is .
