Dear Seniors,
is it compulsory to avail medical fitness certificate for existing employees? if yes then whether it is mentioned in Karnataka factory rules 1969 act? Please attach some proof.
If it compulsory then please suggest what are the medical check up should we can do? Our industry is manufacturing plastic components..... and there is no hazardous generate in our premises...
