Is it company's discretion to include festival holidays to the Holiday list after including those added on NFH
National Holidays are fixed ,.If you have Union than mutually discussed , but priority on local/State holidays ,Majority employees religion normally taken into account .It is not fixed but maximum upto 10 ,as financial implication is involved .
You have to refer your state rules for National and Festival holidays. National holidays are fixed and festival holidays can be decided in consultation with union/works committe. Number of minimum festival holidays are specified by state rules which are required to be given to employees. There is no limit for maximum paid holidays at company's descretion.
