Indeed this is the need of the hour. There is a vast gap between theoretical knowledge and its actual application in day to day worklife. Nowadays there is focus on HR therefore all concerned have lost sight of Industrial Relations issues which are unavoidable. Therefore practical short courses will go a long way in helping HR professionals to be well prepared for all situations.

Though the CiteHr itself is a big platform for both (advice seekers and experts). Coz now a days the scope of HR functions is increasing day by day.
I would like to part of this. I am not directly related to core activities of HR. I used to do PF, ESI, Bonus, Labour Licence etc. jobs in a contractor company long back.
Now I take care of all those points as a Central Compliance Officer in r/o more than 100 sub-contractors for my company. I shared a presentation on Labour Laws, which appreciated and many suggestions was provided by fellow members.
