Dear Samhkhan, you have confirmed that you were covered under ESI.Consequent to leaving Service in Feb-2017, you are entitled for availing only Medical Facilities for self & Family Members.you will not get reimbursement for the expenditure incurred for your Wife in a private Hospital. You should have opted for Treatment in ESI Hospital. However, you are eligible for Medical Benefit till 31/12/2017.Please contact concerned ESI Local Office attached to your Employer.
Further, while posting question you should give all information.Consequently, Please log in to ESI IP Portal with your Insurance Number for clarity. You could have also contacted your Ex Employer

I agree with Srinath, Please contact your employer for details on ESI office linked to your employer. You are eligible for all the benefits till 31st December 2017. Go and meet them personally, explaining things over phone might not work.

Thank you very much srinath and asna.
As mr. Srinath informed that I cant get reimbursement for the expenditure I have done in a private hospital. So I think there is no sense to talk to the ESI officers even in personally, correct if I am wrong.

Hi... I resigned from my job in October 2018 because of my marriage. Contribution for ESI started in 1st May 2007 until October 2019 including two organisations.
Now I became pregnant. Can I have any benefit from ESI now?
