Dear Collegues, For a sabbatical leave what is the best practice in the treatment of the privilege leave?
Is the employee must consume the balance PL or the full sabbatical period is without pay? Or can option be given to avail PL if required?
Sabbatical Leave is a voluntary policy initiative of a company and varies from organisation to organisation. There is no standard rule applicable to all with reference to the query raised. Hence the policy of the organisation has to be seen.
