Cannot serve the whole notice period .
Hi i am a principal for a pvt school for a reputed group in education & has worked in the school for 8yrs. due to my husband s transfer i won t be able to continue in the school. my notice period is of 3months but will only be able to serve one month notice period. my employer has accepted the resignation but is asking me to serve 3months notice period.or else they have threatened me in writing of taking a legal action & also will not give my experience certificate. just a addition there has been no annual increment in my salary for last 3yrs. my pending leaves are 8cl & 6 sl. also my appointment letter states for 3month notice period or legal action will be taken. please guide asap

Hi please help me to with the legal notice format . one employee has send resignation to our hr and it has excepted by management. as per company policy she has to serve notice period for 6 weeks. but she has left the company without serving the notice period and she has not informed about that. management wants to send the legal notice to her on the basis of not serving the notice period . please help me with the legal notice format thanks & regards hussain
No confirmation but got increment , i need to work for 1 month notice period like probation or 3 month like confirmed person
Hi sir i am working in a mnc company i joined on dec2021 my probation period end and my extensionn also completed on oct 2022 about 9 months went like this now its may 2023 its been 1.5 years i dint get my confirmation letter till now but i got increment letter my probation period is 30 days if resigned my job and thought its 30 days for notice period but hr saying you got increment which is equilent to confirmation only your notice period is 3 months they are saying. but in my appointment letter it is mentioned" on or before the completion of the probation period or extension thereof you will be confirmed in employement of the company in writing now i need to follow 1 month notice period and inform about this point to hr or need to follow 3 month notice period. i informed in my new company i will surely in 1 month .
Difference between notice period waiver and notice period buyout
My appointment letter says any shortfall in notice period can be adjusted in lieu of payment however new policy on notice period says notice period cant be waived off.does that mean notice period can not be bought out
Resigned person on two month notice period - can he be eligible for increment?
One employee gave resignation on 10 april. 19. our company give increment 1 april 19. he is on two month notice period. can he be eligible for increment. increment give basis of year 1819.
Rejection of increment letter
While doing a yearly review we have increased the notice period along with salary increase of some key employees. one person did not accept the letter saying he is not willing to accept the increase in notice period. and returned the letter. we have explained that there is no other option. he has resgined the job and asked us to relieve him with old notice period terms. we have relieved him accordingly. now this person claims that his settlement should incliude the increment amount mentioned in the letter returned by him. how should i handle this situation?
