In my company the employees are signing the salary statement manually. They also see the other employees salary and Increment amount also.It is Mandatory to get sign the Salary Statement. Individually the employees Sign the Payslip & Time Card too...Employees are jealous about other employees and complaining.Can someone help the Proceed further.

With so many programmes of salary calculation & attendance recording systems being available, switch on to anyone of them and this issue will be resolved.

I am using the Salary Calculation and attendances with the Software only but auditors will ask the sign in the salary statement

If you pay in cash, employee sign is essential. But if it thru bank transfer then bank statement will suffice the purpose. Your auditors need to be updated on this.

Employee used to sign to acknowledge receipt of payment but bank transfer statement confirms that monies have gone to employees' bank accounts.

Employees are signing the payslip also but it will be jealous in signing the Salary statement all the employess details are available in that.

You need not to pay salary in cash / cheque, you can directly deposit their salary in respective salary account after which you need not to get salary statement signed by the employees.

Yes payment of salaries of employees go through hr of management..
As per labour act signature of hr is essential as representing management.
Use digital key for providing signature on whole sheet of consolidated salaries statement of all employees.
It shows your goodoffices.

Oh sorry Your QUIERY is about colleague employees salarie statements are being seen by employee who came for signing as acknowledge.
As per payment of wages act all employees salaries should be deposited inthe respective individual account only .
Hence if you follow and apply ...your problem will be solved.Moreover
Salary of the individual is his personal information.Only higher inspecting staff ,auditors and trade union LEADRES on demand can see it.
