Hello,
Could you please suggest If current employer has made salary disparity among the employees, i.e most of employees CTC 21,000K or more than that and few are getting less than 21,000K( 16000 to 18000K);
1. What would be the appropriate step to diminish running disparity?
2. What about ESI mediacl facility, because current employee stated that “we are providing mediclaim policy to our employees including less than Rs. 21,000K ceiling? )
3. Does mediclaim policy compete or fulfill the area of medical coverage against ESI department does?
4. Please suggest one short step/solution to provide to seekers.

One more doubt; Does ESI ceiling wages rule( w.e.f Jan 01, 2017- Rs. 21,000/-) compel to mandatory to provide basic wages(Rs. 21,000/-K) to all employees.
