Is it too difficult to draft a couple of sentences ? Why dont you post a draft letter by yourself and we will correct. Is it better to give a fish to somebody or teach the person how to fish ? Your English is fairly good, as I see it. Develop communication skills or else you will stay where you are and you will never grow in your career. You will be pushed behind by those who excel better than you. Dont feel shy to learn. It is very easy for us to place an outline of the letter here. Tomorrow, again. you will require a format for another letter. When will it end ? Dont think am quite rude to you but when will you people learn ? Best wishes
