I have 2 years of experience as software engineer from small startup.At the time of joining I had completed Diploma in computer engineering but having backlogs in (graduation) last year BE Computer engineering.One year after joining I cleared all backlogs.Is my experience countable in mnc IT companies or in cmmi level 5 or cmmi level 3 IT companies?
