Dear All,

With respect to upgrade and skill enhancement, what should be the way forward for enhancing the HR learning with respect to strategic perspective.
Considering the organisation/sector do not provide much advantage in enhancing such skills.
Apart from workshops, Seminars... what could be the various sources/steps to upgrade self.

Please suggest.

I recommend you understanding the concept of strategy thoroughly. For this, you may read books on business strategy.

HR strategy flows from business strategy. Unless one understands strategy, jumping to subset of strategy may not much pur pose.
