Employee agreement - what action can we take when an employee breaks the bond?
Hi ours is an manufacturing firm. please advise me what actions could we take when an employee breaks the bond of one year whether we implement an agreement/bond system in the company. and the importance of such an agreement in india. thank you

Hi one of our employee given bond for 2yrs for our exclusive onthejobtraining . that agreement was from employee side onlynot from company side but after 6months he was break the bond and left his job without intimation and without relieving.fewdays back one for employee find him in some other company. that bond will be expire on this year last dec 2007. sopls suggest me what are the legal actions can we claim on that employee... best regards dayakar
Possible actions and defence for absconding enployee
Hi i have joined a it company and that company had signed a service agreement in a4 sheet which state that employee have to serve the company for two years and if the employee failed to do that then employee has to pay training cost i.e. around 4 lakh rupees. but also that company has signed a nondisclosure agreement in stamp paper that has point related to company privacy policy but last line of that agreement state that all the terms & conditions stated in service agreement also applied in this. due to critical illness i have to come to my home town for treatment and its been 2 months since i am on leave unofficially now i have decided stay back here for further studies pg and not to rejoin that company. no my question is 1 what possible action that company legally can take against me? 2 what should i do in defence? 3 what if company send me some kind of notice? should i reply to that or just ignore it?
Client started poaching our employees by giving them attractive packages - valid solution and also any legal terms/actions?
Hi all we had these terms in our agreement sent to the client with whom we have associated 3 months back. but they have not yet signed and kept on delaying and now they have started poaching our employees by giving them attractive packages and trying to canvass our employees working with them. we have at least 10 of our developers deployed with them. we have already informed the clienthr to not to call our employees and to sign the agreement. our is an indian it company and the client is also an indian based company. kindly give a valid solution and also any legal terms/ actions which we can include in the clause for both employee and employer. there are already bigger it companies who too deploy their employees to the client would like to know on what basis or terminology they sign such contracts with the employee or employer.
An agreement (sort of warning letter)
Dear all i need an agreement sort of warning letter. actually in my comapny we can not give warning letter for the first mistake. thats why my boss has asked me to issue an agreement kind of thing in which that employee confirms that he will not do this again and his mistakes also need to be mentioned in the agreement. that agreement will be issued by hr director and that needs to be signed by the employee.. can u please help me out in this. because i know about warning letters or termination letters but this type of agreement i have never made. please help me out in this.. waiting for same thank you shweta
