Hi was working with India company, my notice period is 1 Month. Due to some personal issues i ask Managers to relive me within 16 days and for rest 14 days i agreed to pay amount from my salary. They said you have to serve full notice but than also only i served 16 days notice period and moved out of company. I have collected documents like resignation letters, proper handover proof, handover proof of id cards.
Pls advise what if they refuse to provide relieving letter or terminate me after resignation.

Has your resignation accepted by Management in writing? Have you communicated in writing regarding making good of Short fall in Notice period?

Has your resignation accepted by Management in writing - No my resignation was not accepted by management but i have clarified them well in advance that it won't be possible for me work beyond particular date.
What is the clause of Termination of Appointment as per Appointment Letter" your Post is without relevant information & documentary evidence - offer letter clause includes :- The contract of employment is terminable without reason, by either party giving one month's prior written period during probationary period and two months prior written notice on confirmation of employment. Company reserve the right to pay or recover in lieu of notice period. Further company may its discretion relive you as from date fit even prior to the expiry of notice period. However if the management desires the employees to continue the employment during the notice period, the employee shall do so

Dear Friend,
Once it is communicated to you by the company on document that your resignation has been received and accepted, the company can not terminate you unless they come across some strong evidence of gross integrity issue/s.
But to satisfy their ego or perversion they can do but it has no effect. But, in one situation you can get hurt and that is, if your antecedent verification goes to them for back ground verification.
