Respected Sir, Am working for a company through 3rd party .. 3rd party pays me salary they provided us app where we get regular salary slips pf details etc and salary credited to bank by 3rd party too ... My contract period was from 01.nov.2016 to 31.0ct.2017 and I have also received extention letter on 5th of November 2017 saying we have pleased to inform your contract is extended from 01. Nov.2017 to 31.nov.2018 I have also sent the signed copies of this and I also received acknowledgement of the same by email .. now the issue is my parent company especially my reporting manager says on 30th of November 2017 when I called for some other matter related with assigned work to me he says that we have winded up the project and your are out of system and I asked him sir I have not received any mail or hard copies by you or 3rd party how can you tell this .. it is clearly mentioned in 3rd party offer letter that if 3rd party leaves us they will give 30 period notice period to me ..
He said that all I don't know you check with your 3rd party HR
Sir, when I called him he said your reporting manager had not marked your attendance so far will check with reporting manager and companies HR and will get back he also requested me to send a mail containing the details ASP I had sent him mail regarding this and he had also forwarded this to companies HR with a CC to me and my reporting manager ...
Sir I have not received any confirmation mail so far and am awaiting for that ..
