Dear Seniors, Good Afternoon !!!!
This is Ranjan , working as Manager -HR for an educational institute in Bangalore. Please suggest me how to go ahead with the yearly performance Appraisals of 100 employees college staff. At present we are following individual appraisal as soon as employee completes One year of service, we appraise them individually and increase their current CTC along with arrears.
I am thinking to go ahead with One time year ending appraisal for all employees - may be in the month of December (Year ending) .
Please suggest how HR's in educational Institutions go ahead with Performance Appraisal with their staff.
