Hello all, I am working as HR in Real estate company.I have to generate employee code for my branch office.i am already having all employee codes at head office so i want to know whether i have to allot all the codes at branch office starting from 1,2,3..so on ,or from the last code which i had given in head office. Plz help

Ideally as soon as employee joins he/should have employee code whether employee joined corporate office or branch office . It should be in numerical order for ease of statutory compliances & for administration smooth functioning.
Thanks Prashant, my confusion is this whether i should start from a new series in Branch Office or should i continue the series which is presently going on in Head Office.
Better to continue same series that will help you in log run business
