If any Employee (Ladies) covered in ESIC, will she be entitled for Leave salary as per maternity act 1961, from employer site?

Dear Yogesh, If she covered in ESI she is elegible for take salary for ESIC. For this she has to visit in ESIC despinsery in first four months and enter her name in their register . Esic will pay 84 days ( three months salary) .

Dear yogesh, As mentioned by Ms. Geeta ask the employee to follow the process and the benefit of maternity leave for 182 days will be paid by the ESIC.
