Dear Anamika, The Procedure of issue of ESI Smart Card is stopped since along time consequent to linking of Aadhaar Number of ESI Insured person & Family Members with ESI Insurance Number.Please download ESI TIC by logging to ESI IP Portal or get it from Employer.Go to nearest ESI Dispensary together with Aadhaar Card as proof of Identity
