Sir, I had worked with a firm from July 1994 to oct 2003 [9 years & 4 months] who was covered under EPF. From June 2011 to May 2015 I worked with a builder. This builder was not covered under EPF Membership. I was working from Dec 2015 to 31 Oct 2017 with a firm which was covered under EPF. So my total service under EPF is above 10 years. Kindly advice me whether I can submit my APPLICATION FOR MONTHLY PENSION in FORM 10 D (E.P.S.)

Dear Mr.Savimani, Eligibility for pension is completion of 58 years of age and also, consolidated EPF service period should be 9.6 Years atleast (10 Years).
If you Transferred EPS amount from previous Company or got Scheme Certificate, you can apply for monthly pension after completion of 58 years, or on completion of 50 years of age which is called reduced pension.
In reduced pension the monthly pension amount will be reduced to certain percentage which is decided by EPFO.
All the best!!!!!
