Hi, I am working for a start-up BPO in Goa. I need help in drafting a transfer of an employee from one process to another due to the process going on hold. The transfer will affect the salary decrease also.

Dear Aarti, whether there is Transfer Clause in your Appointment Order?
reducing of Salary consequent to bonafide Transfer is not Permitted as per law
Dear colleague,
While transferring any employee from one job to another, from one department to another,one business location to another is an inherent right of an Employer , reducing salary on such transfer is not.
The appt letter usually carries a clause that the job is transferrable to another job, department, location and to other sister companies in existing terms of employment.
