"- Drafting the Text of email or a Circular or a Notice to be need-based ( the Cause or the Reson therefor mentioned specifically & definitely).
In case your Need is Optimizing the Gain from Organization Existing Structure, you must mention it in the Email duly attested/Signed by the Competent Authority and may read as under:
In the wake of our Concern to optimize the Gainful Efficiency and Effectiveness, it has been decided to study the present Organization Structure with a view to
i) Pinpoint our Organization's Structural Strength and Weaknesses, if any; and
ii) Identify areas requiring our Spl Attention and Resources as the case may be; and
iii) Visualize the domain /areas somehow & somewhat neglected earlier.
This venture shall need concerted Intelligeence and Energy and all of you are invited to participate fully by offering Suggestions, Ideas and or Vision. Any Suggestions shall be kept confidential if and when the Suggestor so desires.
Suggections may be in writing or may be Discussed with the Superiors, in person.
This Study is scheduled to commence w.e.f. 1st Decenber 2017and suggestions submitted on or before 10th Dec 2017 shall be included for scrutiny and review........." Drft Text ends.
