Could someone confirm the latest amendment in the Bonus Act held in 2017. If the basis is 12000/- & HRA 7000/-, what would be the formula to calculate the bonus amount. Is there any minimum wages clause applicable for bonus calculation in Haryana.

-7000 or minimum wages, whichever is higher, is applicable.
Use state and central portals for updates and their online services.
