My Previous Employer, has created two PF account for me, as I was in UK onsite for one and half months, So they have created two PF account one is prior to UK & another is when I returned from UK. Both Accounts are attached to single UAN
The old account should have been close after two PF deposition i.e. for month of MAY & JUN 2015, but Employer, deposited my PF in old account from JAN 2017 to JUN 2017,
So may be that will be the reason for mismatch dates in PF Office data.
Due to Wrongly deposition of PF, Old PF account has entry till JUN 2017 & New PF has entry till DEC 2016
Now I want to transfer the my old PF account into my New PF account, But my claim got rejected on the basis of mismatch Joining & leaving dates.
So Question is what are the remedies for these?

Hi, Ask your employer to write a letter to RPFC, Area and mention to move funds from your old accounts to new account with all details like EPF number both old and new and the UAN number. Attach you Aadhar proof also. This will proceed the transfer of funds.

Guys I raised grievance on EPFO site, & I got reply within one day from EPFO,
Reply is as below
This is with reference to your Grievance registered vide Registration Number ROCOI/E/2017/XXXX.
It is informed that after processing your grievance,the following action(s) has been taken:
On verification of this office records you have two EPF accounts linked with one UAN number, and the contribution was remitted based on UAN number since January 2017. Hence you are requested to kindly submit the transfer claim form-13 (revised) at PGHS Section directly for verification and taking further action in transfer of your previous EPF account to your present EPF account.
Therefore, we are closing your grievance from this office.Please quote the same in your future correspondence.
So my Qution is
Is it PGHS office & PF office are same? IF not where can I get PGHS office address?
How much time will it take to resolve?
