We are hiring freshers into our company and require them to write a legal bond/agreement for 03 years (It should be legally binding, and we have to proceed legally in certain cases). Such bonds will have no legal sanctity if an employee challenges them before labour authorities of court of law.They can at best serve as moral bonds.
