If Over Time Hours is more than 8 hours , Can we consider it as a Compensatory Leave / Can we Eancash this ? - Are these OT hours are at a stretch or accumulated over certain period?
Whethere to encase or provide Coff will be management decision to do so.

Mode of payment depend upon management either encash or compensation... my opinion ,if OT for physical working then compensate in encash only ....main question arise here is violiating provision of overtime working hour in labour laws.
