ESI is applicable to establishments in the areas notified as ESI implemented areas by the ESIC. The ESIC will notify the areas after considering these factors. In the absence of ESI hospital, the Corporation will make tie up with Govt. Hospital and also private hospitals in the areas for providing medical benefits at par with ESI schemes.
