Hello, I got a new UAN from a new employer and the EPF passbook shows that the new employer is depositing funds regularly. I have already updated my KYC. Now in order to merge old and new UAN I tried to make an EPF transfer (from old to new) request from new UAN account. But it says Online claim request cannot be processed as:- Present employer has not made payment in your PF account. Please help me in merging UAN and resolving this error. Thanks in advance.

Just a few questions that need to be answered before I give a suggestion
1) When you said you got a new UAN then The UAN of your previous company and this new one are different right?
2) What is your DOJ?
3) And your details in these UAN's are same right?

Hello,
When I was working for an organization I have an UAN No and the organization has a one establishment ID and pf amount credited regularly during that tenure after I completed 8 months in that organization, my organization got merged to other organization and the other organization has a different establishment id. After merging with new organization I worked for 2 months there and during that tenure pf amount credited regularly. After I worked there 2 months I resigned. Recently I went to epf office how to resolve this issue, they asked me to transfer the amount from old to new. But when I was trying to do that online, I am getting the below error.
Online claim request cannot be processed as:- Present employer has not made payment in your PF account.
Please help me in merging UAN and resolving this error. Thanks in advance.

I'm also facing the same issue. Getting the below issue when EPF Login -> Online Services -> Transfer Request(One member One EPF account) -> "Online claim request cannot be processed as :- Present employer has not made payment in your PF account".

Hope you have same UAN number of old and new company.
PF site work slow many a times, considering current situation not sure if PF office is working.
I would suggest that you keep trying in every few days, it will be done.

When pf office not timely update the data in their database then this kind of problem arise for this solution one should have to raise a grievance.

These days when epf is deposited by PE,the employees get the sms that their contribution is recvd.
Pls check properly if contributions are made.
One can not have two uan ,if aadhar is verified on epf portal.Your new employer can not register you if you already have UAN.
Merging UAN can be done manually also by submitting declaration for along with aadhar and other documents jointly by employer and employee.
Pls get the Joint declaration signed from employer and submit manually.
