May I ask favor how to create letter on this- one of our staff had to transfer from one position to another due to his inefficiency and lack of performance. Initially, we served him a show cause for having complains in his branch- that he can't handle customer complains and concern. He has poor communication skills. Then the management decided to transfer him in accordance with his capability and competency.
