Performance measurement
Hi ours is a software firm consisting of product engineers implementation engineers testing engineers and a few administrative staff. we have 40 employees in kochi & 20 in banglore & onsite. kindly suggest me some effective performance measurement system. i have introduced an appraisal review every half year. it is just a review of work done. is that enough for evaluating performance? or should i have some weekly/ monthly/ quarterly measurement system? pls suggest warm regards jm

Hi all im working with a softwaredevelpoment and it staffing company. guys can u please help me in designing a quarterly performance sheet. my senior management wants to have quarterly performance reviews which can be linked to yearly performance appraisal. they want to have performance reviews every three months...weightage is given 75 to business and 25 to values behaviour. they want me to design a perforamce review sheet and rank a persaon on 1 to 10 scale and then group them in a b and c categories. they say tht 20 like out of 10 2 are top are top performers; 70 middle and 10 comes in bottom. so can anybody help me in designing a quarterly performance review sheet with qualitative and quantitative parameters. waiting for response. thanks anjali

Dear all please help me out. currently i am working as an hr executive with an organization that are an electrical contractor and have various projects in mumbai as well as all over india. i have to plan out for the training program. we are having project managers electrical engineers accountants design engineers. if i have to start with i need to do training needs analysis. like in which areas to give training. it can be done through questionnaires. but after that what are the steps and how the practical applications to be applied for the program. please advise me. it will be helpful.
