Dear Anamika, Employee Share of EPF towards EPS can not be remitted in advance.Employee has to earn Salary. From the salary, Employee share of EPF is deducted & remitted along with Employer share & other charges. What is the logic of paying advance contribution? will Employee be alive till Dec-2017? be specific in query?
In statutory matters there is no room for suggestions/Ideas

Rightly said can not be remitted in advance. Moreover, will not have benefit also because pension amount depend upon number of service years and average of last five years wages/salary under PF.
