Sir, regarding ESI I want some clarification.
Please tell, in the event of death of ESI covered employee, what benefits are payable to the dependents of the deceased employee, apart from family pension and funeral expense. Shall the dependents be eligible for taking medical treatment from ESI hospitals / dispensary?

ESIC facility is available only to the insured person, i.e. you being the insured person can only avail the benefits under the ESIC. You cannot claim benefits in respect of your mother being she is deceased now.
