Respected Seniors
recently i gone through one interview, the person who was taking my interview was an HR Manager, he asked lots of question regarding recruitment activities, i answered all my best, he took precious one and half hour for the interview, and end of the time he told me as you are persuing your degree, we are unable to take you till completing your degree, my question is there, if they had gone through my CV, why they called me ? or they people are making crowd ? Or this is the trades of HR ?
Kindly give me your valuable suggestion.
with lots of regards,

dont take this experience in negative sense take it as nice experience.
It may be possible that HR manager select you for a job but he is bounded on company policies.

I totally agree with Kubi
The Hr will be bound by the company policies but your resume will be keep "On Hold" in their data bank. So that when a requirement comes in they will first go through the databank they have and then go forward for new recruitment
All the best for your future !!!
Best Regards,

Dear Shahjahan,
First and foremost thanks for sharing your bad experience. It is an eye opener for one and all.
I can say only one thing that since you have gone through this ordeal, you can learn or rather all of us can learn to give humane treatment to the candidates or prospective employees.
