My contribution for ESIC start from 1.11.2017 and my expected due date is on 1st july 2018. i want to avail maternity benefits. When i visit the esi branch office, executive told me that i cannot avail maternity benefits my fresh appointment is only from NOV- 2017, 9 months have to be completed to avail maternity benefits.
