Hi all, I am working in accenture from last 3 years, now my supervisor and hr forcing me to do resign as early, otherwise they will terminate me due to project going to end. Plz advice

How they are pressurising you to resign? Is it in personal meeting or in telephonic discussion? Will it be possible for you to record the conversation when the meeting in progress?

If the project ends,generally companies put the employee on bench,till the next project comes up. Ask them to put you on bench.
Also,terminating is a big step thats why employers force the employee to resign.And as asked by Divesh Sir,let us know whats the mode in which they are pressurizing you.
