Hi Guys / Seniors,
I have 5 years of experience in HR which includes recruitment, attendance, documentation, grievances, documents drafting , Onboarding & exit formalities but still i have not done payroll and business partner / strategic role, so i want to all about these roles & how i can enter in such a profile which gives me this exposure.
