Please definitely include on Top Priority the New Law of 2013 namely "Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act 2013 which applies to Every Employer in India and that there is No Exemption and
Further, that is it NOW Every Employer's Legal Duty to
1. Provide protection to Women from Sexual Harassment at Workplace; and
2. Create a Safe and Secure Workplace Where No Woman Shall be subjected to Sexual Harassment; and
3. Constitute Internal Committee under Section -4 of the SHWW Act of 2013 etc
Penalties for Non-Compliance are Very Stringent
Application of remaining Employment-related Laws to your Establishment will depend on wherther yours is an Industrial or a Commercial Establishment and also No of Employed Persons on Roll and or at the Workplace
