I am working as HR at Bangalore for Delhi based private company,
We are providing transport service to software company located at Bangalore.
they called up vendor compliance audit meet on last month & as per their statutory check list we have submitted all the documents
based on our document submission they have given some observations as below,
1. Not produced PF form IW-1(For International worker)
2. ESI accident register Form 11 not submitted
but we don't have international workers in our organisation but auditor asking us to submit nil return of the same but my questions is form IW-1 is it mandatory ? if yes , how to obtain this.
and also kindly let me know how to maintain ESI accident register

Hi Abhijith,
As per PF rule every month you need to file IW-1 return to department. If you don't have international workers, kindly submit nil return. secondly you need to maintain accident register in premises. If any accident occurs, you need to mention details or else just write nil and submit it to auditor.
