How to release pending salary.
Hi. can any body suggest me if a employee resign from a company . and that company ask employee to wait till 45 days . for fool n final process. now after completing the said period by company it almost 3 months passed to resign. now company is not ready to clear the employee 's pending salary. and making so many excuse to transfer the salary amt. so how a employee can claim the pending salary? please suggest.

Dear sir i need your help in the matter of f & f settlement of an employee. since management asked the employee to resign as performance is not upto the management satisfaction level. i called the employee and asked him to resign. inspite of giving resign he urged and denied to give the resignation. now being a hr how can i settle his full and final. since to file the resignation letter in the personal file is mandatory and he is not writing. please help me out in this matter. regards sunil singhal

Dear all there are situationswhen certain employees are asked to leave and threatened that if they do not resignthen they will be terminated.i would love to get your suggestions as to what the employee can do to defend.

My wife works with a bank and following issue is pending from last 3 months: 1. problem with leave allocation in the system for her. no leaves are allocated due to system problem and hence salary is deducted. not resolved from last 8 months 2. boss not approving leaves post her request for transfer from one city to other city due to marriage. birthday leaves are to be mandatory approved as per company policy that too is not approved. he has kept the the leave approval pending or rejects all time even when asked prior 3. transfer request done in january still no written communication from hr on the update of same just verbal communication that we are working on it. now she plans to resign and do not intend to serve notice period which is of 3 months. please guide what are possible way to take it ahead.
