I am working in govt organisation.i wants to apply for various post in different companies.maximum companies demands noc by the applicants those serve in govt companies.i consulted to hr department of my comapany for noc letter. hr department suggest me. 1noc will be issued for higher pay only 2before apply in any company against advertisement applicant must informed in written to company. after getting in written application hr department prepare noc letter and not sure when process will be completed?it may take much time.may be at the time of selection applicant may loss the opportunity due to unavailibity of noc letter from previous employeer.
