Dear all this post is relates to security guard board exemption. we had been deployed 4 security guards hired from one private agency. we as principal employer are satisfied with the services as committed part of statutory compliance & all documentation are well maintained by agency. only the point was recently two inspectors from security guard board has visited our office for inspection. when we met inspectors they pointed out that exemption is needed even if there are 4 security guards deployed which your private agency has not been fulfilled & levy has not been paid by their end. they want clarificationelse they will raise notice to our company. last year in the same case of 4 guard it had advised to private agency from one of security guard board inspector that " for opting exemption minimum 20 guards has to be deployed in one unit.furtherprivate agency has not initiated the consent letter for opting exemption because of less number of security guards. in factthere is no scope for 20 guards in our small unit. what has to be done in this case? don t you think this is misleading? what is real situation? from whom we get clear cut idea. can we get notification of security guard board?
