DEAR SIR, I AM JAYA now i am working as a HR EXECUTIVE but my before company i was working as HR trainee 2 years (from 2.05.2014 to 01.05.2016) and 1 year 11 month(02.05.2016 to 14.04.2017) i was working HR trainee in probational period.so now i am eligible for bonus are not eligible clarify my doubts .

Under payment of Bonus Act you are eligible to get bonus. Company may have given designation of Trainee, but, under Labour Laws you are an employee and hence eligible.

If your salary was less than 10000 and you were on the roll of the company then you are eligible to claim bonus.l
