Mr. Yogi ji come for rescue of Industries situated at Uttar Pradesh,This has come to noticed that most of the workers are from Bihar and West Bangal so decided to reduced the wages from the last revised minimum wages(April 2017).
I hope workers can survived in a comfortable ways because U.P. Labour minister think that inflation has been reduced now so decided to reduced the wages ,this is first time in History.

Yes,this is true as labour ministry took decision however no notification issued by them.
