Dear All, I'm currently working on creating a grading system for our company. We are a construction company with a small team (20 employees so far). Will appreciate any help in how to set up a grading system, and introduce the job evaluation of hay method into the process.

My company can help you on this matter.
But please take note that the grading system and salary structure is not all that you will need. You will have to be able to assign all your 20 employees to the different Job Grades (and Job Class) of the the grading system and structure. To do so means the need to evaluate each of the 20 employees/ positions.
We can do it online, including some online including the intro to the system and method, but your company will have to allocate some budget for this as it will not come to you for free. Let me know if you want to pursue this matter with me.
