I'm currently working on creating a grading system for our company. We are a construction company with a small team (20 employees so far). I will appreciate any help on how to set up a grading system and introduce the job evaluation of Hay method into the process.

My company can help you with this matter. However, please note that the grading system and salary structure are not all that you will need. You will have to be able to assign all your 20 employees to the different job grades (and job class) of the grading system and structure. Doing so means evaluating each of the 20 employees/positions.

We can facilitate this process online, including an introduction to the system and method, but your company will need to allocate a budget for this as it is not free of charge. Please let me know if you would like to pursue this matter with me.
