One of our labor left on 04-09-17. And his total wages on the month was Rs.2000/- . Do we need to pay PF for him?? He is registered under CLR.

Dear Shankar, EPF contributions have to be remitted in respect of EPF Covered Employees till they are in Employment.EPF Contributions to be remitted till 04/09/2017.EPF Contribution to be remitted not on Total wages but on basic=DA=VDA only
