Dear Nandini, if you really want to streamline everything, First you have to go through applicable Laws I.e PF & ESI in detail

Dear Nandini,

If basic plus DA of any employee is less than 15000 then you've to deduct pf for that employee.
PF deduction is 12% from employee's salary and 12% will be paid by employer.
For ESIC, if any employees gross salary is below 21000 than you've to deduct ESIC on that
ESIC deduction is 1.75% from employee's salary and 4.75% from employer's contribution.
PT slab will vary according to state, so please check slabs for your state.
This are the basic statutory compliances which needs to be deducted every month, apart from this, you also have to take care of TDS deduction if any employee comes under tax bracket.

Thanks,
