Dear All, Need help, I was working in a social development sector as Manager from last 22 months in Delhi. Suddenly organization decided in a single day to terminate me from my services immediately with unjustified reasons for me. They are saying that due to my sheer negligence of the duties and responsibilities assigned to me and my inability in discharging my duties. But the fact is very different on my good performance organization given me three appraisals during this period and i was the person who gave them renewals of many projects. The fact is they are saving some senior officials and hiding their system to treat any project in front of a reputed client. Organization was expecting from me to run a project without required resources and without expending any money. At the time when client visited they realize no work have been done from last 5 months. I was mid level in charge of that project. Some senior officials communicated some false things. At the moment they sown that i was the in charge of this project and all mistakes are from my side only organization is not culprit for this. Same things they make full story against me to narrate the owner of the organization also which takes place of my termination.
I asked them to give my notice period salary plus my leaves encasement and number of working days till my last working. After a rigorous 14 days followup they send me my working days payment details plus encasement of my paid leaves. When i asked about my notice period amount they denied to pay and saying it is not in their policy (Verbally said by H R).
is i am eligible for 30 days notice period payment from the Org or not in this condition?
How can i get my payments from the org easily?
How can i fight against unjustified reasons of my termination, whether i can or not?
if Yes where to lodge complaint about the same

Hi Ranjit,
What I could read from your text is the arrogance and culture of your previous organisation.
Next time, find a better organisation.
As you have received some payment and relieving, my recommendation is not to get in to a battle and put your effort. There are plenty of opportunities for experienced people and stay away from negative energy and unnecessary stress.

Dear Friend,
Some Social Organization are gradually turning into not so social organizations and your case is a burning example. Now they are converting into profit making organizations.
You have not mentioned anything about service conditions/appointment letter. For appropriate advice please share your appointment letter.
